Approaching Modern Hami

Yan and her husband Flo are riding again – this time heading into modern Hami. They took a different route across the Gobi Desert than Déywiha, who traveled along the southern rim of Dzungaria and passed through what became Hami on the way to Ga-Se. But Yan and Flo don’t have herds of cattle and horses to graze and water for weeks across the desert, either!
